I've been to Elaina for both color (balayage) and haircuts over the past two years -- am not exaggerating when I say she works magic! I've tried multiple hair salons across LA for both color (lighter balayage on dark brown hair) and trims before finding her, and I'm so glad I found Color & Craft. I won't go anywhere else. After many years of occasionally disastrous highlights at other salons (that I have to wait months to grow out), it's honestly a relief to be able to fully trust Elaina with my hair and not even have to think twice about where to go to get great service. I always love the look and longevity of both the color and how the hair looks as it grows out. Anecdotally have had more compliments on my hair from family/friends since I started coming here too :)

Elaina is very responsive and sweet. I've always appreciated that she communicates clearly and is excited to help you achieve the look that you want. Also, the salon is located right in the heart of Culver City downtown. Easy parking on the street and beautiful salon space. Highly, highly recommend!

I struggled to find a good salon when I first moved to town, but Elaina has been doing my hair for about ~3 years now and I always get amazing results. I’m very low maintenance when it comes to my hair. Elaina’s balayage treatments grow out beautifully, look incredibly natural, and are super easy to maintain - allowing for up keep to be about twice a year. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
